Terms of use.

Quote to Cash Trail is a local evidence-organizing utility. It does not create invoices, process payments, provide signatures, verify the truth of evidence, or provide legal, tax, accounting, or retention advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having permission to store and share every file or link you add; checking packet contents before export; protecting your passphrase and downloaded files; and meeting applicable tax, privacy, contractual, and document-retention requirements. Do not use the product for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

Trail Pass purchase

Trail Pass costs US $29 as a one-time purchase. It unlocks unlimited dossiers, client packet notes, and removal of the maker line for the licensed product. Encrypted storage, core packet/backup export, and accessibility remain free. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record and handles checkout and refunds. A refunded, revoked, expired, invalid, or wrong-product license no longer unlocks paid features. There is no subscription.

Local data and availability

The app works from your browser's local storage and offline cache. Browser clearing, device loss, private browsing limits, storage eviction, or a forgotten passphrase can permanently remove access. Export regular backups. We do not guarantee that external evidence links remain available.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost local data, missed retention deadlines, incorrect evidence, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from use of the product.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future versions; the effective date above identifies the version. Material purchase terms for an existing one-time license will not be retroactively reduced. Questions: support@sociobot.in. See also the privacy notice.
